Needless to say, it wasn't able to fix this error. Today I tried to reinstall Windows through the advanced boot options.

After that I decided to clean install W11 from a USB drive, without success. Then I did a factory reset (without losing my files) and it still gave me this error.

I ripped a few DVDs into mp4 files and they came out fine (high quality and size).
